I moved to Sherfield Park with my partner Tracy back in November 2018 and we are both proud to live here and enjoy the open spaces and environment around us. For this reason, I joined SPPC in September 2020 following my involvement in Speed Awareness on Gaiger Avenue which I am very passionate about. I am a Senior Project Manager at a local defence contractor so bring with me strong organisation and communication skills to my role on the Parish Council which I believe are key to being part of keeping and enhancing Sherfield Park as a great community to live in. I have experience of working in a highly regulated and process driven environment so I am able to apply this to my role to benefit and support my fellow councillors, who are a great group of individuals. In the short time I have been on SPPC I have been proactive and engaged in many initiatives and ongoing projects. I also have 12 years of volunteering in charity work as a Rotarian where I have been a club President in 2012 so have strong management and people skills.
I look forward to many coming years on SPPC and to be actively engaged in maintaining and enhancing Sherfield Park for our community.
